Its absolutely perfect and peaceful location and cosy rooms - an unbeatable combination. Setting close to centre of town, the city center and krupowki street. Btw, located by public transport from Krakow.

staff was amicable and provided us with an electric kettle, central heating, and a tv. we liked bathroom, it was clean. the location was peaceful and magnificent, about 5 minutes drive to aqua park.

Always choose this place, no regrets. Staff helped with my room issue at night. Suits perfectly, has Wi-Fi, kettle, cookware. VIP check-in/out, hiking, luggage storage. No pets, no smoking. Coming back for city trip.

I felt welcomed and taken care of. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything I wanted to see. The room itself was cozy and clean, with charming decor and all the amenities I needed. The hot water in the bathroom was always reliable, and I appreciated the balcony, even if it overlooked the parking lot. One particular highlight was being able to check in early, thanks to the accommodating housekeeper. It made my arrival so much smoother and allowed me to start enjoying my trip right away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zakopane.

The location of the hotel was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the city center. The rooms were well-equipped with modern amenities such as free WiFi and cable TV. We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning city views from our room, it felt like looking at a postcard. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the proximity to Tatra National Park, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings.

the main railway and bus station are just a short walk away, making it convenient for exploring the area by public transport. the landlord was incredibly helpful, giving us great tips for our hikes. the street itself had a beautiful Christmas vibe, even in September. the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had cute mountain-themed decor. We even had a balcony with a view.

We had a wonderful stay at Wesola Chatka! We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised when the housekeeper allowed us to check in early. The room was lovely with cute decor and a beautiful mountain scene on the wall. The hot water was always hot and the balcony, although overlooking the parking lot, provided a nice place to relax. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. it was a great value for the price.

Communication with staff was a bit difficult.

The room was really cozy and had everything we needed for our romantic escape. The small fridge was convenient for keeping our drinks cold, and the TV provided some entertainment when we wanted to relax. The night lighting in the room created a beautiful ambiance that added to the overall romantic atmosphere. the location was perfect for us. It was right in the heart of the city, just behind the main street. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go, whether it was exploring the town or going out for a nice dinner.

One downside we experienced during our stay was the difficulty in finding staff members who could communicate in English apart from the owner. It would have been helpful to have more English-speaking staff available, especially when we had questions or needed assistance.
